Summer Camp for Beginners One Week Monday -Thursday AM
This camp will focus on Basics of gymnastics plus obstacle courses and games. We will also do agility, strength and flexibility exercises. The children will learn a floor routine and will perform it for the class on the last day of camp.
Summer Camp for Intermediate One Week Monday-Thursday AM
This camp will focus on Intermediate skills such as round off, back bend, kick overs , back handsprings. Must have experience and must meet requirements for intermediate class.
We will create obstacle courses, games and strength flexibility and agility skills. Children will create a their own beam routine at the end of camp and perform it for the entire class.
Bio: My name is Pamela Armel and I coached competitive gymnastics for 23 years until last year when I decided to stay home to homeschool my children. I really enjoy encouraging and teaching kids in the sport to help them build confidence and enjoy being active. . I look forward to meeting soon. [email protected]
