Middle School Tuesdays!

Tuesdays beginning August 20th and running 32 weeks (yearlong course)

10:30-11:30 AM

Let's take a trip around the world! Studies will include Countries and capitals, interaction of culture and geography, terrain, climate, government, religions, maps, charts, and more. One homework assignment per week, minimal test, and an end of the year project.

$17 for a custom Geography Curriculum Binder with lessons and homework included. Paid to the teacher (separate from class fees) due 2 weeks prior to the class.

Instructor Bio:

Hi, my name is Nicole Cohn, I am a Christian, I have been married for 19 years, I have one daughter going to college this year, a spoiled dog, and we have been homeschooling for the last six years. Most of my career was spent in the Veterinary, Phlebotomy, and Emergency Medicine field. I love being creative, having fun, and laughing any chance I get. I use my creative side while planning our HEAT Homecoming and Prom dances, teaching art, home economics, geography, and middle school science classes. I also enjoy leading our HEAT STEAM program. For fun I spend time with my family and friends, go to theme parks, fishing, sunsets, and I am usually up for anything!

Registration is $370 per student for the year. This is payable by a $70 non-refundable deposit to the Tampa Bay HEAT. The balance may be paid directly to the instructor. You may pay the deposit online, drop payment by the HRC or mail to Tampa Bay HEAT, 1011 Knowles Rd. Brandon, 33511.
