No Sneakers, No crocs, No work/hiking boots. Formal Shoes only. You may bring socks to dance in on the dance floor, if you decide to take your shoes off.

Bags will be checked at the door.

• I read and understand the dress code. Dress/Code of Conduct Tampa Bay HEAT PROM is a special and classy event, we expect our students to act and dress appropriately for the occasion. The attire is formal. Girls may wear formal dresses or dressy women’s formal pantsuits-not a men’s suit. Dresses and slits must not be too short -FINGERTIP Length while standing straight up- SLIT included (NO HIGHER THAN 5 INCHES ABOVE KNEE), not too low cut-cleavage should not be excessive, dress must be approved. If it it’s a two-piece dress, please make sure it covers your mid-drift(no more than 1 inch space). For boys you are expected to be dressed formal. Suits/tux, tie/bowtie, and dress shoes are appropriate. All students must send a photo (WEARING THE CLOTHES) to [email protected] for approval. For All Students: No torn clothing. No Jeans. If your outfit is not appropriate, you will be asked to change with no refund available, so please read the rules carefully and ask any questions regarding the event PRIOR to purchasing your ticket. I understand that if I do not follow the dress code, I will be asked to change. If I have to leave due to a dress code discrepancy, my ticket is nonrefundable. I also understand that I must ask the admin prior to PROM if my attire is appropriate.

I (PARENT AND STUDENT) have read and understand the rules for this event. Cursing, rowdiness, fighting, and/or inappropriate dancing will not be tolerated. Open mouth kissing and inappropriate touching is not allowed. Students are not permitted to loiter outside the building. No reentry for students who leave the event-parents will be notified if you leave early. If you need something from your car, you will be escorted with a chaperone.
