Recreational cheer for ages 6-10.
Cheerleaders will learn the FUNdamentals of cheerleading including motions, jumps, chants, cheers, rules of the sport and basic stunting skills.
M My name is Stephanie Bridges and I am excited to bring cheer to the Tampa Bay HEAT! I am experienced in recreational cheer, cheer-nastics and have worked with girls trying out for competitive cheerleading. I have over 10 years of experience and am certified in youth cheer safety. I am passionate about working with children and teaching the importance of team work and confidence.
Cheer practice each week will consist of a warm up, fun game, learning cheer motions and jumps, a short devotion, learning new material, a cool down and stretch.
Cheerleaders will need a black cheer skirt and red HEAT t shirt.
Registration is $120 for HEAT members and $135 for non-HEAT members. You may pay online, drop payment by the HRC or mail to Tampa Bay HEAT, 1011 Knowles Rd. Brandon, 33511.
Spaces fill as payment is received and many classes fill to capacity quickly.
